Thank you for purchasing our mystery box products. Due to the unique nature of blind boxes, unopened items may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery (original packaging must be intact). ONCE OPENED, ALL MYSTERY BOX PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, as the unboxing process is irreversible and affects resale value. Exceptions apply only for items damaged during shipping or with verifiable manufacturing defects (proof required). By opening the box, you acknowledge and accept the random outcome and collectible value of the product.
